WALKING FOOTBALL

The Foundation’s weekly Walking Football sessions offer a fun, social environment for those who are no longer able to participate in regular football.

Taking place at Portman Road and led by qualified, friendly coaches, the sessions provide an opportunity to socialise, as well as reaping the mental and physical benefits of regular exercise.

Throughout the season, players have the opportunity to take part in tournaments and social events, adding extra fun and camaraderie to the sessions.
