Elite Player Development Centre

Elite Player Development Centre

The Elite Player Development Centre (EPDC) forms tier 3 of our player pathway journey. If successful to join the programme, players are required to attend the EPDC Programme on a weekly basis at your chosen centre, Ipswich, or Bury St Edmunds. Players invited to train with our programme can take advantage of all the training sessions, progression evenings, high level fixtures and feedback reports to facilitate their development. With an ever growing female game, our venues will soon be expanding across the county and beyond to offer talented young female footballers the opportunity to join our journey!

More information:

The Girls EPDC is an invitation only programme where players who have been identified as being talented and gifted footballers are invited to train for 1 hour a week for 30 weeks of the year with Ipswich Town Football Club. Players within the Girls EPDC Programme will be aged from U9 to U16. The Girls EPDC has limited places with small squads at each age group of between 14-16 players only.

The aim of the Girls EPDC programme at Ipswich Town is to play a key role in developing players over the course of the season and to further identify players who have the ability of progressing through the Player Development Pathway into the Ipswich Town ATC/ETC Squads.
