EMPOWER HUB – HOT MEAL GROUP
The Empower Hub provides a programme of weekly family and youth groups in the IP2 area of Ipswich, based at The Willows Family Hub. The Hub is designed to bring families together, reduce isolation, and create opportunities for families, adults and young people to learn, grow, and feel included. Offering youth groups as well as workshops for parents, the Empower Hub has a close focus on wellbeing, confidence, and community connection.

Hosting weekly free hot meals based at The Willows Family Hub this provides a great opportunity for families/individuals to have a healthy nutritious meal and connect with others in a welcoming environment.
The Foundation currently offers the following Hot Meal Group sessions:
- Hot Meal Group – Tuesdays; 5.30pm-6.30pm
