Stay in the Game is a matchday initiative providing support to fans affected by suicide or suicidal thoughts.

The initiative is part of the Premier League’s Together Against Suicide campaign.

Our Men’s Health Football sessions provide support to men over the age of 18, giving them a weekly opportunity to be socially and physically active.

The sessions, supported by Official Outreach Partner Sizewell C and Talk Club, are free to attend, and take place weekly in Ipswich and Leiston.

Talk Club is a speaking and listening club for men, offering talking groups, sports groups and therapy to help keep people mentally fit.

Held at Portman Road every Tuesday evening, Talk Club offers a welcoming environment for men of all ages in the local community, whether they are football fans or not.
