Ipswich Town Foundation is recruiting for our Emerging Talent Centre (ETC) and Performance Squads for the 2025/26 season.

ETC and Performance Squads form the top tier of our Girls Player Pathway, providing high level coaching and development for talented female footballers in Suffolk and the surrounding areas.

Our Football Development Pathway is designed not only to nurture talented and high-potential players, but also to support individuals who aspire to represent themselves at the highest levels of the game. Through our Tier 1 provision, players have the opportunity to receive high-quality coaching and compete in prestigious competitions, all whilst being part of an organisation dedicated to creating pathways for success.

Over the course of the 2024/25 season, a number of our players were selected to represent their countries, had opportunities to train with our U21 Squad with three competitive debuts made, as well as competing in national schools and local county FA competitions. This success is a testament to the calibre of players we develop and the expert guidance provided by our coaching staff.

Trial Information: Open Trials for New Players

The Foundation is currently welcoming new players who are not yet part of our Development Pathway to attend our Open Trials. These trials are an exciting opportunity for aspiring players to showcase their skills and potentially secure a place within one of our elite squads for the 2025/26 season.
