FAMILY GROUP
EMPOWER HUB – FAMILY GROUP
The Empower Hub provides a programme of weekly family and youth groups in the IP2 area of Ipswich, based at The Willows Family Hub. The Hub is designed to bring families together, reduce isolation, and create opportunities for families, adults and young people to learn, grow, and feel included. Offering youth groups as well as workshops for parents, the Empower Hub has a close focus on wellbeing, confidence, and community connection.
MORE INFORMATION
Our Family group is a free session all about bringing local families together in a relaxed space. Parents/carers can take part in our workshops and activities, whilst children can join our youth groups filled with games and activities, supervised by our team. It provides parents/adults a chance to take time for their own personal development and wellbeing.
The Foundation currently offers the following Family Group sessions:
- Family Group – Tuesdays; 3.30pm-4.30pm
