As a registered Charity with the Charities Commission, we are governed in accordance with charitable law and comply to the Charity Code of Governance
in order to develop the highest standards of governance.
We have an appointed Board of Trustees who have 6 main duties:
1 – Ensure Ipswich Town Foundation is carrying our its purposes for the public benefit
2 – Comply with Ipswich Town Foundations governing document and the law
3 – Act, at all times, in Ipswich Town Foundations best interests
4 – Manage Ipswich Town Foundations resources responsibly
5 – Act with reasonable care and skill
6 – Ensure Ipswich Town Foundation is held accountable (to include accounting and reporting requirements)
