Fundraising Dinner returns for 2024

Following the success of last year’s event which raised over £30,000, the Ipswich Town Foundation is hosting its second annual Fundraising Dinner on Thursday, 7 November 2024.

The evening is being held in the Sir Bobby Robson Suite at Portman Road, with doors opening to VIP guests at 6pm, with all proceeds going to help continue the Foundation’s vital work in the community.

Guests in attendance will have the chance to hear from Ipswich Town Chairman & CEO Mark Ashton, as well as Town Manager Kieran McKenna, in an evening hosted by Club legend and Foundation trustee Matt Holland.

The evening will once again include an auction packed with exclusive lots, with all funds raised again supporting the Foundation’s work in the community.

The centrepiece of the evening is an address from guest speaker Adam Tanner, who made 72 appearances for Town, scoring 7 goals, between 1992 and 2000.

Tickets are available to buy now, with VIP tables of 10 priced at £1,500+VAT, standard tables of 10 priced at £850+VAT, and single tickets costing £95+VAT.

Standard table bookings and individual tickets include entry to the event, car parking, arrival drink, three-course meal, coffee and access to bar facilities.

VIP tickets include all the benefits of standard entry, as well as early arrival, a VIP reception with Ipswich Town representatives, and prominent seating for the table.

Tickets for the event in the fully accessible Sir Bobby Robson Suite can be purchased from the Club’s ticketing website now, with those requiring further information invited to call 01473 400580.

The Foundation was relaunched in 2019 and has grown quickly to become a vital part of the community, with the vision of building an empowered, inspired and inclusive community to be proud of.

The Foundation works across all ages, with activities for young children and a comprehensive football development plan, as well as regular sessions for older supporters, including Senior Blues and the Golden Days Café, which supports those living with dementia.

Also on offer is a wide range of activities for minority groups, including a disability team, Powerchair Football, an LGBTQ+ football group and weekly Refugee Football sessions.
