On Sunday evening, the Foundation hosted its inaugural Disability Awards Evening in the Sir Bobby Robson Suite at Portman Road.
Participants from across the Foundation’s diverse disability provision came together with their families and Foundation staff to celebrate their achievements across what has been a fantastic season for them all.
The evening was made possible by the generous donation of Charlie Papworth of Diamond Mills & Co, who donated a table in the Sir Bobby Robson Suite for Town’s 6-0 win over Sheffield Wednesday, which raised over £5,000 through a Crowdfunder campaign.
Foundation trustee Peter Over hosted the evening, with fellow trustees Rowena Mackie and Richard Neal also present. Also there to support was Town forward and Foundation trustee Conor Chaplin, who gave up his time to hand out awards, speak with the participants and provide support to staff throughout the evening.
Each participant received a participation trophy, before individual awards were handed out across a range of categories as listed below.
