Strength and Conditioning Coach Vacancy

Ipswich Town Foundation is currently looking to recruit a part-time Strength and Conditioning Coach to support the Girls Emerging Talent Centre over 1.5 hours per week.

We are seeking an experienced individual who has worked in a similar role previously to join our team who will be passionate about football and the development of players.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional, who is flexible and has an ability to recognise new opportunities and develop existing relationships to deliver. You will be an advocate and guardian of the women’s and girl’s game.

We will look to you to deliver innovative learning strategies that inspire students and provide the kind of feedback that stimulates positive change – so we need an exceptional professional with real passion for development and deep dedication to transforming futures.

The role will ensure ETC players experience a physical performance programme that supports that club blueprint and delivers high quality athletes who are balanced, autonomous and adaptable.
