George Edmundson visits Adult Disability session

Town defender and Ipswich Town Foundation Disability Ambassador George Edmundson visited our Adult Disability session at Portman Road on Monday evening.

With the session being his first time meeting up with the participants this season, George spent time catching up with those present as the teams look forward to their first games in the Wots Up iCAN Football League at Copleston Sports Centre on Sunday afternoon. George then took part in the session, getting involved in training drills before playing for both teams in small-sided games.

Our Adult Disability sessions are designed to improve sporting and social skills, as well as self-esteem and confidence. Our inclusive football sessions are delivered on a weekly basis and themed around all aspects of football.
