Foundation to host Fundraising Dinner

Ipswich Town Foundation is hosting its inaugural Fundraising Dinner on Thursday, 9 November.

The evening is being held in the Sir Bobby Robson Suite at Portman Road, beginning at 6.30pm, with all proceeds going to help continue the Foundation’s vital work in the community, as it aims to impact 150,000 people prior to the Club’s 150th anniversary in 2028.

Club CEO Mark Ashton will be in attendance along with fellow Foundation Trustees Conor Chaplin, Natasha Thomas and Matt Holland, as well as Town Manager Kieran McKenna, on a night which is one of the most important in the Town calendar.

Alongside an auction packed with exclusive lots, from which all money raised will go to the Foundation, the centrepiece of the evening is an address from guest speaker David Johnson, the former Town striker who played a leading role in the Blues’ promotion to the top-flight in 2000. Foundation Trustee Matt Holland will host the evening in the Sir Bobby Robson Suite.

Tickets are available now, with VIP tables of 10 priced at £1,200+VAT, standard tables of 10 priced at £800+VAT and individual tickets costing £90+VAT.

Both standard table bookings and individual tickets include entry to the event, car parking, arrival drink, three-course meal, coffee and access to bar facilities, as well as the chance to win a prize in a game of Heads or Tails and the opportunity to bid in the evening’s auction.

VIP tickets include all the benefits of standard entry as well as prominent seating for the table and a private reception with Mark Ashton, Kieran McKenna and David Johnson in the first-team dressing room and tunnel area at the stadium.

Tickets for the event in the fully accessible Sir Bobby Robson Suite can be purchased from the Club’s ticketing website now, with those requiring further information invited to call 01473 400580.

“We’re very excited to launch our inaugural Fundraising Dinner for Ipswich Town Foundation,” said Director of Foundation Dan Palfrey.
