Lee Grimwood and Dean Shaw recognised for August efforts

Ipswich Town Foundation staff Lee Grimwood and Dean Shaw have been recognised for their hard work throughout August.

The pair are the first to be rewarded as part of the Ipswich Town Foundation Employee Rewards scheme, with line managers nominating staff that they feel have gone above and beyond in terms of their attitude, behaviour and performance.

Lee and Dean, both Community Coaches who primarily operate within the Foundation’s Schools provision, have been recognised not only by Foundation staff but also through complimentary emails from parents of children who had a fantastic experience at our Soccer Schools and Camps.

Through a busy Summer holiday period, Lee and Dean consistently demonstrated a hard working and positive attitude and are fully deserving of their reward – a voucher for The Greyhound Pub in Ipswich.

The Foundation would like to place on record its thanks to Lee and Dean for their efforts, and to The Greyhound for providing this month’s reward.
