Cotswold Gas Solutions to support Post-16 Programme

Ipswich Town Foundation is delighted to announce Cotswold Gas Solutions as the new sponsor of its Post-16 Football & Education programme for the 2023/24 season.

Based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, Cotswold Gas Solutions is a mechanical company who work in the installation of gas, plumbing and heating projects both domestically and commercially. Their work mainly sees them installing mechanical services within Educational & Commercial Science Laboratories.

The sponsorship will see the Cotswold Gas Solutions logo featuring on the front of the shirts of our Post-16 teams competing in Community & Education Football Alliance League, National Football Youth League and Association of Colleges League as well as on the front of the Post-16 training top.

“The whole team at Cotswold Gas Solutions are delighted to partner up with the Ipswich Town Foundation Post-16 programme,” said Garry Dabbs, Managing Director of Cotswold Gas Solutions.

“We look forward to a lasting relationship and hope our contribution helps the students in some way to fulfil their potential.

“After meeting the Post-16 staff their enthusiasm to help the students is clear and we’re delighted to be a part of that.”

The Ipswich Town Foundation’s Post-16 Education & Football programme prioritises both the education and football delivery. The programme establishes an environment for students and players to best enhance their potential and build a solid foundation for their next steps. Our well-balanced programme is delivered by expert staff, combining academic practice with real world work experience and a strong focus on raising learners’ careers aspirations.

This news follows the positive development of the Foundation’s Post-16 Football and Education programme with the announcement of a new partnership with Suffolk New College, which adds to existing partnerships with Northgate Sixth Form, Sigma Sixth/Philip Morant, Clacton Coastal Academy and Appleton Sixth Form.

“We greatly appreciate the support from Cotswold Gas Solutions, and their sponsorship will provide us the opportunity to maximise the provision we provide for our students,” added Robert Peace, Head of Education & Employability.

“The Post-16 programme is very beneficial to young people, helping create a solid foundation for them to progress into higher education or employment and it is great to have Cotswold Gas Solutions support us providing this opportunity.”
