The Foundation is delighted to confirm Barrington Hibbert Associates as the Principal Partner of the Ipswich Town Foundation.
The partnership will see the Executive Search firm support the Foundation’s ongoing work to build an empowered, inspired and inclusive community, with a growing programme which offers opportunities for all ages to come together through football.
Barrington Hibbert Associates, who also sponsor Town Women’s training kit and bench wear, have a commitment to create a nationwide social impact at its core, which aligns closely with the Foundation’s mission to engage with 150,000 unique participants prior to the Club’s 150th anniversary in 2028.
“We’re delighted Barrington Hibbert Associates have become the Foundation’s Principal Partner,” Director of the Foundation Dan Palfrey said.
“This will enhance and expand our presence in the local community to ensure we can continue to impact lives in a positive way through our diverse range of programmes.
“The Foundation is still less than five years old and the level of support we continue to receive from the local business community is fantastic. Our sincere thanks on behalf of everyone at the Foundation to Michael and his team.”
“As a long-time Suffolk resident, as much as I take so much pride in my adoptive home, I have witnessed first-hand some of the challenges that people across the region are facing,” added Michael Barrington Hibbert, CEO of Barrington Hibbert Associates.
“I have always been a firm believer that those of us who are able to help others in need have a duty to do exactly that.
“Sport and football have always been the lifeblood of so many communities, and this is emphasised by Ipswich Town which has long been a beacon to bring the community together.
“It is an honour to be working alongside the Foundation and work to impact 150,000 people over the next five years and we are excited to move forward with the partnership.”
“This partnership is not only huge for the Foundation, but it is massively important to the people of Suffolk. The impact the Club and our Foundation has on its community cannot be underestimated,” Town’s Commercial Director, Andy Wooldridge said.
“The support of businesses, in this case Barrington Hibbert Associates, is vital for the Foundation to continue to improve the lives across the region. Thank you to Michael and Barrington Hibbert Associates. We look forward to working with you.”
