Leif Davis and Cameron Burgess visit Holiday Camp at Castle Hill

Town defenders Leif Davis and Cameron Burgess visited the Foundation’s Holiday Camp at Castle Hill Primary on Tuesday afternoon.

The participants of the session, aged between 6 and 12 years old, were given the opportunity to meet Leif and Cameron who both joined in with games as part of the afternoon’s session.

Following this, the children had the opportunity to ask questions of the Town stars, before Leif presented some of the attendees with Ipswich Town Foundation medals and tickets to the Good Friday game against Wycombe Wanderers. These are awarded to the players of the day; those who have been recognised by the coaches for excellent team work and a positive attitude throughout the day.

The Foundation’s Holiday Camps run during every school holiday period, giving children the opportunity to engage in football at locations across the region.
