February Half Term – Day 1

Yesterday was a busy Monday of February Half Term activities across the Foundation.

Our Girls Advanced Training Centre (ATC) participated in fixtures against Watford and Arsenal, narrowly losing out on penalties to Watford who advance to the National Final.

Crazee joined Foundation staff on the Cornhill in Ipswich to meet members of the local community, run a competition to win a signed Sam Morsy photo and offer the opportunity to try one of the new inflatables.

In the evening, we hosted a Walking Football festival at Portman Road, welcoming teams from Colchester United and Cambridge United. The Foundation team won 4 out of 4 matches on the evening with a special guest player appearance from Simon Milton.

In addition, our Boys Development Programme (EPDC and ATC) took part in fixtures away against Peterborough, winning 4 out of 6 games; while a further 3 soccer schools took place at local partner schools in Suffolk.
