Ipswich Town Women’s first-team players visit St Elizabeth Hospice

Ipswich Town Women’s first-team players visited St Elizabeth Hospice to donate Christmas presents and spread festive cheer last week.

This year’s visits are the first since before the Covid-19 pandemic with first-team manager Joe Sheehan attending alongside Natasha Thomas, Eloise King, Bonnie Horwood and Lucy Egan.

The group took time to meet with hospice staff and the Zest young adults and their families, and also joined in with a bit of Christmas dancing.

Ipswich Town Women forward and Foundation trustee Natasha Thomas, said: “It was really nice to meet everyone and see their smiling faces.

“As a team, we all really appreciate the opportunity to visit local organisations, like Zest and the hospice, to spread the spirit of Christmas.”
