The Ipswich Town Disability Team has been kitted out with the 2022/23 training kit courtesy of a group of Ipswich Town fans.
Having seen the generosity of defender George Edmundson kitting out the team with the 2022/23 home strip, Town fan Richard Moss organised a crowdfunding campaign to purchase training kit for the squad. The campaign raised an incredible £2,100 over the course of three weeks.
Richard was invited down to Portman Road yesterday evening to meet the team and present them with their training wear.
“I just want to thank everyone who donated,” said Richard.
“We raised over £2,000 which is an unbelievable effort in the current climate.
“To come down here and meet everyone was great and whether you donated big or small, it was a team effort.”
