Nine players sign for the Academy

The Ipswich Town Foundation Boy’s Development Programme had a very successful 21-22 with many impressive results throughout the season. Players within the programme receive coaching from FA/UEFA qualified coaches, with the sessions following the Academy schedule of work.

Following the end of the 21-22 season, we have seen nine players from our EPDC and ATC Centres progress to the Academy. We have also had a great start of the 22-23 season with a further eight players being invited into the pre-academy.

“I am delighted to see so many players from our Centres progress to the Academy” Bradley Joy, Boys Football Development Manager, said.

“It further demonstrates that there is a clear pathway for players when they join one of our programmes.”
