Trust donate tickets to local raffle

On Monday 13th December, we welcomed Nicole Robinson to Portman Road to collect 2 tickets to ITFC Vs Sunderland on Saturday 18th December, 3pm kick off.

Nicole was collecting the tickets on behalf of The Friends of Somersham School (FOSS) who raise vital funds for the school to support pupils in a variety of ways.

“The Friends of Somersham School (FOSS) would like to say a big thank you to Ipswich Town Foundation for the donation of two match tickets for our Christmas raffle; the last couple of years have been extremely challenging for anyone involved in fundraising so this annual event is now even more important than ever. Every penny raised by FOSS goes directly to Somersham Primary School, contributing to things such as subsidising school trips, purchasing equipment, buying books, and enabling visits from various workshops and external groups. We are very grateful for the support we receive from local businesses and friends.”

We have since received a thank-you letter from FOSS confirming they raised a total of £523.00 which will go towards supporting the School.
