Keep fit and active this half term
Ipswich Town Foundation have put together a virtual schedule for the upcoming half term which will include a variety of sessions.
These sessions can be done in the comfort of your own home, in the garden or at a local park. We will be covering sessions on fitness, football, multisport, dance and much more. Please see below the schedule of events, we hope you will be able to join us!
The Trust is hoping the sessions will promote social interaction, improve fitness, reduce stress and anxiety, develop focus and most importantly allow participants to have fun.
Jason Curtis, head of community, said: “We are delighted to have a variety of activities available to ensure we have included as many groups and interests as possible.
“We want to encourage children to stay active beyond half term on a regular basis as we look ahead to post-lockdown and further encourage sports participation.”
The timetable has been split to include invitation only sessions for both boys and girls within the Trust’s pathway, as well as sessions that will be open to everyone.
